We stand behind what we sell.

Every Estilo & Co product is selected for quality and durability. If something fails under normal use within 60 days of purchase, we want to know about it and we'll make it right.

What's Covered

Our 60-day limited warranty covers manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, including:

• Material defects such as seam failures, foam breakdown, or structural deformation
  
• Manufacturing faults that affect how the product is meant to function
  
• Products that deteriorate unusually fast under normal use

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear over time
  
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  
• Minor cosmetic changes such as fading with regular use
  
• Products that have been altered or repaired

How to Make a Claim

• Email support@estiloco.com with 'Warranty Claim' in the subject line
  
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue
  
• We'll review within 2 to 3 business days and advise on a replacement or refund

Outside the Warranty Window?

If your issue falls outside 60 days, reach out anyway. We look at each case individually and will always try to find a fair outcome.
