We stand behind the quality of our products. If something arrives faulty or damaged, we'll make it right.

Returns Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to report a fault or issue with your item. Change of mind returns are not accepted. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

How to Report a Fault

  • Email office@estiloco.com with your order number and the description of the fault
  • We'll send you return instructions and a return address within 1–2 business days
  • Pack the item securely and send it back within 7 days of receiving return instructions
  • Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your balance.

Exclusions

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (insoles, opened sleep accessories) unless defective
  • Items returned after the 60-day window unless agreed in advance
  • Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

Q: Do I pay for return shipping?

A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. In that case we'll cover it - just contact us at office@estiloco.com with a photo and we'll sort it from there.

Q: How will I know my return has been received?

A: We'll send you a confirmation email once your return is processed and your refund or exchange has been issued.
