Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirming.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

• United States: 7-9 business days
• United Kingdom: 8-10 business days
• Australia: 11-12 business days
• Canada: 8-10 business days
• Rest of World: 10-15 business days - subject to customs delays
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or customs processing for international orders.
Carriers
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders over specified amount, please refer to offer on product pages. This is automatically applied at checkout when the threshold is reached.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock location. You'll receive a tracking link for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping for split orders.
International Orders - Customs & Duties
For international orders, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. Estilo & Co is not able to predict or absorb these costs. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Peak Season Delays
During peak periods including Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year - processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We'll always communicate known delays via our website banner and email.
FAQs - Shipping
Q: My tracking hasn't updated.
A: Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If there's no movement after 5 business days, contact us.
Q: My order arrived without one item.
A: If items were shipped separately, check for a second tracking email. If still missing after the full estimated delivery window, contact us at office@estiloco.com.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
A: Contact us immediately at office@estiloco.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll update it. Once it's shipped, we can't redirect it.

How to Track
- Enter your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- Enter the email address used at checkout
- Click 'Track Order' to view your current order status
- If you have a tracking number from your dispatch email, you can use it directly on the carrier's website
What Each Status Means
- Order Confirmed: We've received your order and it's being processed.
- Dispatched / Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. Check your email for the tracking link.
- In Transit: Your order is on its way. Delivery times vary by region.
- Out for Delivery: Your order is with the local carrier and should arrive today.
- Delivered: Your order has been delivered. Check your delivery location - it may have been left in a safe place.
- Exception / Delay: There may be a delay or issue with your delivery. Contact us at office@estiloco.com if you need help.
